Senior Consulting, LLC provides a myriad of business 
consulting services including development of business plans, 
preparation of financial analyses and budgets, HR consulting, 
operational and organizational structuring, HR support services 
from compliance to establishment or monitoring of employee 
bonuses and benefits to marketing, business development, and 
contracting.  Our clients are diverse in their business pursuits, 
ranging from many new technology businesses to entertainment 
to a laundry detergent manufacturer to a candle/scent distributor 
to real estate developers to eco-friendly industries. With a 
nationwide network of professionals and consultants, we can 
take on small to large engagements such as completing a 
business plan, developing forecasts, and performing market, 
staffing, and other analyses as it did so successfully for a 
client that received a $75 Million funding commitment.

Tim Cassidy is the President and Owner of the business and 
consulting firm Senior Consulting, LLC. Tim is a former principal 
and CEO of healthcare facilities in five states and a consultant to 
clients in over 35 states and provinces. Under his leadership, the 
Senior Consulting team provides operational, strategic marketing 
and business development, Human Resource and staff 
development, financial analysis, developmental strategies, 
compliance and risk management services. Tim leads a team 
experienced in business plan development of all types and sizes, 
from green initiatives to new technology to retail, with one clients 
obtaining capital commitments up to 75M with their business plans.
Tim has been actively involved as a patient advocate for such 
causes as increasing the low-income housing supply and improving 
the quality of care for nursing home residents.
 
Eugene R. Bradfield, Esquire, graduated from the School of Law 
at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. He is a licensed 
attorney in Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. He has 
served as General Counsel for several unrelated, closely held 
corporations and their affiliates since 1987. He has also taken a 
lead role in completing research and financial forecasts, as well 
as fiscal and regulatory compliance. He has been General 
Counsel or Senior Vice President of Legal & Fiscal Compliance of 
Senior Consulting, LLC, and its affiliates for the past 14 years.
 
Lisa Janel Pietras, Esquire, graduated Widener University School 
of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. She is a licensed attorney in 
Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the American 
Bar Association of Health Attorneys. Recent engagements include 
medical collection and developing curricula, which takes advantage 
of her organizational and writing skills. Previously, she served for 
two years in a research position with the Women’s Bioethics 
Project in Washington, DC. Lisa is Vice President of Legal & Fiscal 
Compliance for Senior Consulting.
 
Kris Love graduated from Georgetown’s Robert Emmett 
McDonough School of Business with his MBA, and University of 
Pennsylvania with an undergraduate degree in International 
Relations. Past experience includes positions with Fannie Mae 
and Moody’s Investor Service. In a distinguished career as a 
financial or equity analyst, he develops forecasts, competitive 
analysis, and strategic market assessments. His strengths 
include evaluating core competencies, identifying potential 
acquisitions, and expanding the client base and services. Kris is 
Senior Financial Analyst for Senior Consulting.



John McCabe is a graduate of Hofstra University.  His experience
includes positions as Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, Graphic 
Designer and others with AAA Mid-Atlantic, Hewlett Packard and 
various marketing companies and publishing houses.  His expertise 
includes branding, developing marketing materials and advertising 
copy for print, Internet, radio and television.  John is VP of Marketing 
and Advertising for Senior Consulting, LLC. 

Patricia C. Sullivan is Senior Editor for Senior Consulting and 
brings 30 years of experience with nonprofit healthcare 
organizations,management consulting firms, economic 
forecasters, national associations, market research organizations 
and executive recruiters. She has produced award-winning 
marketing materials and written and edited successful proposals 
in response to federal and state RFPs. She specializes in 
translating complex technical information into language that 
decision-makers will understand, composing compelling press 
releases and newsletter or trade journal articles, and writing 
customized resumes that capture the essence of executives’ 
experience and core values.
