businesses. We often include provisions in our consulting agreement
for Business Plan development for a “success fee” so that we 
remain available for consultations with investors, lenders, and
foundations alike until your Business Plan is funded. To assure 
success, it is important to utilize Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA) 
and Confidentiality Agreements (CA) for the principals, officers, and 
their representatives to proceed in as many appropriate directions 
as possible to achieve your capital acquisition goals. When your 
team has invested time, energy, and money in preparing a quality 
Business Plan, it should be easily replicated in hard copy or be able 
to be sent electronically to interested parties who sign an NDA or CA.
