Team Plan Review

We prepare business plans as a team, with different staff completing the business plan itself and the forecasts, plus often a third staff member completing the market analysis for plans that have a national marketing plan and need details such as a competitive analysis  and market share assessment. We review draft plans on the same basis and will provide our collective team comments in a phone call with our company President or possibly a memorandum an initial free consultation.
